FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a covering anode device for use in an aluminum cell which is formed from a cavity wall that is resistant to corrosion and high temperature and cavities, wherein the heat insulating material can be introduced into or extracted from the cavity, and the device has vent channels for guiding the flow. Invention also relates to an anode concealing device and an anode containment method.
EFFECT: use of the present invention allows the anode bubbles to be discharged in an organized manner, can reduce investment in construction and maintenance costs for the construction of such systems as grinding systems, transportation, adding modern backfill material and the like; can reduce labor costs and time for maintenance operations, such as breaking the crust, lining, leveling and the like, in the production of modern backfill material; and can reduce processing costs when recycling backfill material and reduce capital congestion on raw materials.
