FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method, which is implemented by the high-frequency base station includes the stages during which: the scan request message, which is transmitted by the base station initially connected to the user equipment (UE), is received; the scan confirmation message to a base station initially connected to the UE is transferred; information about the UE transmitted by the base station initially connected to the UE is received; and the UE is scanned according to the UE information to re-establish the high frequency connection between the UE and the radio base station.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the system by means of providing the ability to quickly reset the high-frequency connection when the UE enters the hole in the coverage area.
