FIELD: dust collection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust collection technology and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for the cleaning of dusty gases, intended for central aspiration systems. Method of dust collection with built-in fire-fighting system consists in that the body of the dust-collecting device is made with a dust collecting hopper, inlet and outlet ducts of a filter section with bag-type filters, a filter regeneration mechanism. In the input box of the filter section, a gas distribution device is installed, which is made in the form of a leaf plate with a mechanism for changing its width and a control unit. Bag filters regenerating system is performed with a pulse blowdown mechanism. Temperature sensor is installed in the filtration section, while dust collector bin has an emergency dust level sensor, in the outlet box of the filter section there is a thermal automatic sensor detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the outlet box of the filter section, a manifold with injectors of a fire safety system is installed with a control unit connected by electronic communication to a common microprocessor. Nozzles of the fire safety system are made vortex with counter-directed conical swirlers. Nozzles comprise a cylindrical hollow body with a fluid passageway in which a sprayer consisting of three throttling elements is fixed. Sprayer is made in the form of oppositely arranged vertices and axisymmetric hollow conical swirls – upper and lower. Conical shell of the lower vortex is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end to the conical shell of the lower swirler, at its upper part, and the other end in the annular groove of the nozzle channel formed on its inner surface. Top of the conic surface of the conical shell of the upper swirl is attached to a circular perforated plate installed in the annular groove of the nozzle channel and supported by the top of the lower swirler fixed in the nozzle channel by means of spokes. Through the external surfaces of the hollow conical swirlers, open screw threads are made. To obtain a finely dispersed spray, the total throughput of the upper swirler and the perforated plate is greater than that of the lower swirler, and a diffuser with a circular perforated plate mounted on its cut is fixed to the lower end surface of the cylindrical hollow body.
EFFECT: increase in the dust collection process efficiency and reliability, as well as reduction in the device metal consumption and vibroacoustic activity in general.
