SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to epitope peptides, and can be used in medicine for the treatment of a demyelinating disease, such as multiple sclerosis. EFFECT: invention provides a peptide epitope of PLP capable of binding to an MHC molecule in vitro and to be presented to a T cell without antigen processing.
