SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to new drugs for the treatment of acute conditions with predominant pulmonary involvement and dysfunction of the cardiovascular system. In the method, the liposome preparation is a liposome with size of 320±20 nm, containing dexamethasone at a concentration of 2.98 mg/ml in a hypertonic aqueous medium of 7.5 % NaCl solution. With intravenous administration of liposomes, the drug substance of dexamethasone is released as a result of changes of osmolarity of the medium, swelling and rupture of liposomal vesicles. Liposomal suspension is obtained by reversing the phases from lecithin, cholesterol, dexamethasone, hypertonic solution of 7.5 % NaCl solution. Also, disclosed is a method for treating acute lung injury based on a liposome preparation that includes intravenous administration of liposomes in a hypertensive aqueous medium of 7.5 % NaCl solution containing dexamethasone.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a reduction in mortality, stabilization of heart rate and respiratory rate, increase of arterial pressure and saturation of hemoglobin.
