SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation means for controlling the movement of freight electric locomotives. System includes first and second computing units, a memory unit, a unit for finding train position on a track profile, a satellite navigation receiver, unit for calculating the predictive traction or braking force for a particular train in a specific location on the profile, measuring means, means of indicating the parameters of the train, a thrust control unit, a braking control unit, locomotive control circuits, a traction motor armature current sensor, a traction motor excitation current sensor, a contact network voltage sensor, a train dynamic characteristics simulation unit, a comparison unit, a block for generating thrust and braking mode control ban commands, first, second and third high-voltage galvanic isolation units, a path and speed sensor, a unit for generating the signal corresponding to the maximum permissible force in the train.
EFFECT: it is possible to adjust the speed of the train taking into account the path profile of a particular section.
