FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the quartz ceramics articles production technology by the slip casting method with subsequent hardening due to chemical and low-temperature treatment. Hardened quartz ceramics production method includes the quartz glass aqueous suspension preparation, the suspension stabilization, the ceramic blanks formation by the slip casting method in the gypsum molds. Hardening is carried out by the articles workpieces holding in the hot solution of the aluminoboronphosphate binder having composition, wt. %: 7.5–11 Al2O3, 33–36 P2O5, 0–5 B2O3, 53–59.5 H2O, or by this binder addition to the suspension during the stabilization stage. Articles workpieces heat treatment is carried out at the predetermined heating rate to temperature of 350 °C with the final exposure of 1 hour.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention in the quartz ceramics articles production is increase in the quartz ceramic articles workpieces strength with the autoclaving stages exclusion, increase in the articles strength and heat resistance.
