FIELD: rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automatics and telemechanics for monitoring the state of insulating joints in tonal rail circuits. Device includes the rail circuits, which are connected to the transceivers of the rail circuits on the opposite sides of the insulated joints, which are connected by the outputs to the inputs of the voltage divider, and the signaling unit. Moreover, the device is further provided with the rectifying device, the integrator and two threshold elements, the rectifier device is connected by its input to the output of the voltage divider, and by its output it is connected to the integrator input, the output of which is connected to the inputs of two threshold elements, which are connected by their outputs to the inputs of the signaling unit, bandpass filters are configured in order to skip the signal current of one of the adjacent tonal track circuits.

EFFECT: increased stability of operation of the tonal rail circuits and of the Automatic Locomotive Signalling System is achieved.
