FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stamped product using a mold provided with a punch and a die to produce a stamped article comprising first wall, second wall extending from the end portion at least one direction along the length of the first wall towards the rear surface of this wall, and third wall extending from the front end of the second wall towards the front surface of this wall. Punch and a clamping matrix are used, with pressure applied to the portion located at the base of the second wall in the first deformation region, whereby the deformation of this portion at the base is caused to become convex on the back surface of the second wall, when viewed in cross-section, in the state before being removed from the mold.
EFFECT: it is ensured that deformation occurs in the region at the base of the second wall in the stamped product having high strength.
