SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the treatment of metals by pressure and is designed to be manufactured by stamping a component of a trough-shaped cross-section. Said component comprises an elongated upper plate member, a wall connected at one end to a portion of the upper plate member that is formed of a curved convex shape. Moreover, part of the wall along the length of the upper plate-like element is made with a radius smaller than that of its end parts. There is also a flange connected to the other end of the wall and extending to the side opposite to the side of the upper plate-like element, and an angular zone located between the flange and the part with a small radius of curvature. In the first pressure-processing step, the intermediate molding component is obtained in the first mold, and the stamped component in the second molding step in the second mold.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of the shape of the component by suppressing the occurrence of the bending of the wall.
