METHOD OF INDICATING TARGET MARKS OBTAINED BY TWO SPACE-COMBINED RADIO-LOCATION STATIONS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01S13/42

Abstract RU 2668214 C2

FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed to create method that allows to conduct identification of target marks, information about which is obtained by two spatially-combined radar stations (radar) of survey and detection (radio locator, optical stations, etc.). Result is achieved due to the fact that the target marks from each of the two spatially-combined radars are transmitted to the information management system (IMS), where the process of their identification is carried out. Target marking form contains a certain number of measured parameters (range to the target, angular coordinates of its location, etc.). Number of measured parameters of each radar is the same number. Based on the measured data, a functional is calculated that is compared with a threshold level selected from the quantile table of the distribution χ2 with a given level of significance. Result of this comparison is the decision to observe a single target mark in the chosen direction or a decision to detect two different targets.

EFFECT: creation of a multifunctional IMS, which forms a single target air and ground situation.
