SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the settings and functions of the vehicle. Passenger communication system (PCS) has a leading rear zone controller controlling a plurality of selected vehicle subsystems within the passenger communication system, and a front-zone controller on electrical communication with a leading rear-area controller that is controlled by a leading rear zone controller. Communication module communicates with the leading rear zone controller and the front zone controller, wherein the leading rear zone controller, the front zone controller and the communication module are in operative communication with each other and with the vehicle communication network via the communication module to control a plurality of selected vehicle subsystems, so that the leading rear zone controller activates, deactivates or limits the control of the front zone controller via the communication module.
EFFECT: expanded arsenal of technical means, in particular, the provision of the possibility of controlling the vehicle settings to the passenger in the rear seat.
