FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle control systems. In the method, the vehicle contains a camera attached to the rearview mirror to detect drowsiness and a means of monitoring the driver or passenger. In response to the detection of a first drowsiness event with the help of the camera, the driver is provided with a feedback and in response to the detection of a second drowsiness event after the first one, a location is selected in the geographical proximity of the vehicle and the navigation system is automatically ordered to navigate to the selected location.
EFFECT: higher safety of vehicle driving is achieved.
