FIELD: combat weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the detection of ferromagnetic objects, can be used to identify firearms, bladed weapons, grenades and any ferromagnetic objects. Detector of ferromagnetic objects contains magnetoresistors, differential amplifiers, a controller, display unit and a housing, herewith the detector further comprises a magnetic field alteration processing device in the form of bandpass filters, an adder and subtractors. Inputs from the filters are connected to the outputs of the amplifiers, the outputs of the bandpass filters are connected to the inputs of the adder and to the first inputs of the subtractors, output of the adder is connected to the second inputs of the subtractors, the outputs of which are connected to a multiplexer, which is connected to the ADC, the output of which is connected to a microcontroller, the outputs of which are connected to the display unit, magnetoresistors and a two-beam infrared barrier.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability in the detection of ferromagnetic objects and the exclusion of false responses.
