FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology and more particularly to methods for vibration diagnostics of gas-turbine engine runner. According to the method, sensors are installed on fixed parts of turbomachine, engine is started and number of turns of test rotor is even increased. In this case as sensors vibration detectors are used, which are installed on outer body of engine in one plane mutually orthogonally with the point of intersection of detector axes projections on a technological axis of an engine, after engine start-up, registration and processing of obtaining vibrating signals is carried out by means of their multilevel filtering with allocation of operational field of runner frequencies, then orbital analysis of runner vibration is performed in intervals of this field in two coordinates, direction of which coincides with the directions of sensor axes, with subsequent trend plotting of shaft orbit of test runner, presence of resonance oscillations of shaft of test runner is judged by rotation of its orbit at 180±50° with subsequent restoration of its initial position with a uniform decrease in number of turns of test runner.
EFFECT: high reliability and accuracy of measurements.
