FIELD: vibroacoustic diagnostics of turbomachines. SUBSTANCE: vibration transducer is positioned in hollow of internal shaft of rotor, in its upper part, in intershaft bearing zone. When measuring the spectrum of vibration signals and determining the resonant frequencies, internal shaft of rotor is secured rigidly to turbomachine frame in circular direction, external shaft of rotor is rotated up to preset rotational frequencies. After external shaft of rotor is stopped measurements are repeated in two and more circular positions of internal shaft relative to vibration transducer. Residual service life of bearing is estimated by view of vibration signal spectrum. EFFECT: higher accuracy of forecasting, reliable interference-suppression due to maximum approaching of vibration transducer to bearing attachment point. 8 dwg
