SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building. In an in-pipe dynamic type propulsor for a vehicle having a reactive torque-quenching assembly and at least one torque source, at least one torque source is arranged on the bearing support of the propulsor supports, which is detachable and sealed, and in which transmission is arranged and two coaxial rotors are installed with opposite rotation as per "shaft in shaft" scheme, rocking on bearings installed in bearing housing, at least one of which on each rotor is radial-thrust or thrust. Rotors also include at least one unloading device from axial forces. Each rotor has bearing disk with wheels uniformly installed in circumferential direction and power drive of inclination angle variation of these wheels. Wheels are made elastic with elastic resistance to side displacement, swing on bearings and resilient suspensions and rest on inner surface of pipeline at rotation of rotors. Propulsor comprises a pump for injecting compressed air or other gas to the body to a pressure higher than that of saturated vapor of the working fluid used to lubricate and cool the bearings and transmission gears, as well as device for discharge of excess purified air or other gas from support housing into pipeline. Rotor shafts and transmission shafts from source or torque sources contain end seals ensuring air-tight casing of supports.

EFFECT: higher reliability of transportations along high-speed pipeline main lines.
