FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a user device and a network node. In the method, user device (10) comprises transceiver (11) configured to broadcast an SA access signal, when there is no connection with any radio network, receive a response SR access signal in response to the broadcasting of the SA access signal, and establish communication with at least one network node of (20a, 20b, ..., 20n) of the radio network. Network node (20) comprises transceiver (21) and processor (22); in which transceiver (21) is configured to receive the broadcast SA access signal, in which the broadcast SA access signal contains information about the identifier of user device (10); wherein processor (22) is configured to assign at least one frequency spectrum segment for communication to user device (10); and wherein transceiver (21) is further configured to transmit a response SR access signal to user device (10).

EFFECT: obtaining access to a radio network through one or more segments of the frequency spectrum and / or radio access technology without prior information of superimposed radio communication systems.
