FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a network node, methods, a machine-readable medium and a wireless communication device of a user. Method comprises receiving a first and a second radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) valid for a first and a second set of network nodes of radio network, wherein the first and second set of network nodes are different sets of network nodes, transmitting data to a radio network or receiving data from a radio network using a first RNTI or a second RNTI, receiving, from a radio network, an RNTI control message containing a RNTI selection rule and transmitting data to a radio network or receiving data from a radio network using a first RNTI or a second RNTI in accordance with RNTI selection rules, wherein the use of the first RNTI or the second RNTI is given by the RNTI selection rules, wherein the RNTI selection rules for using the first RNTI or the second RNTI depend on one or more parameters from the group comprising information on the geographical location of the user device, an identifier of a serving network node, information on detected neighboring network nodes, mobility of the user device and communication failure RNTI.
