FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and repair of pipelines in oil and gas pipelines. Device for moving pipes on the supports installed along the route is a long beam, the running meter of which is lighter than the line meter of the pipe. Beam is fixed to the front, and if necessary also to the rear end of the pipe. Beam is fixed so that when the pipe extends beyond the extreme support the beam with the front end must lie on the next support and take on a part of the weight of the pipe.
EFFECT: present invention solves the problem of increasing the distance between the temporary supports for moving the pipe along the axis, which can be increased from 5–6 to 20 meters or more, without loading the moved pipes above the permissible limits, which at times reduces the number of supports and, accordingly, the costs for laying.
