METHOD FOR DETERMINING DEGREE OF ACTIVATION OF STRESS SYSTEM IN PATIENTS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/53

Abstract RU 2668698 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiology. Determine the degree of activation of the stress system on the parameters of skin conductivity by calculating the ratio of the cumulative effect of stress to the index of vegetative reactivity. In this case, the cumulative effect of stress is calculated by calculating the sum of all values of the stress-response intensity exceeding 0.01 peak/sec. Intensity of the stress response is determined by averaging the values of the frequency of fluctuations in skin conductivity for a specified time interval. Vegetative reactivity index is determined from the value of the frequency variability of skin conductivity fluctuations by calculating the ratio of the mean square deviation of the frequency values of skin conductivity fluctuations to the mean value of the frequency of skin conductivity fluctuations over a specified time interval. On indicator value of activation degree of the stress system being less than 15 conventional units, diagnose the normal degree of activation of the stress system. On value of the indicator being higher than 15 conventional units, diagnose increase in degree of activation of the stress system.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the diagnostic efficiency, it is achieved due to the sequence of execution of the aforementioned methods of the method.
