FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator is made of upper and lower frames, connected in series by a cylindrical helical spring, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Upper end of the spring rests against the horizontal plate of the upper frame, and the lower end is fixed to the base through a vibration damping gasket. vibration-insulated object is fixed on the upper frame. Upper frame is made in the form of a horizontal plate, along the edges of which struts, located at an angle downward from the plate, are fastened. Struts of the upper frame are supported by obliquely arranged resilient elements fixed to the struts of the lower frame through vibration damping gaskets. Lower frame is made in the form of a glass fixed on the base. At an angle downward from the outer vertical wall of the glass there are struts, rigidly connected to the horizontal bars of the lower frame. Struts rest against the vertical resilient elements fixed to the base through vibration damping gaskets. Obliquely arranged elastic elements are made in the form of cylindrical helical springs. Vertical elastic elements are made in the form of a rubber vibration isolator.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency.
