FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed scrubber includes a housing made of the upper and lower sections, a branch pipe to feed dusty gas, a liquid trap furnished with a centrifugal swirler and a branch pipe to withdraw liquid from the liquid trap, a spraying system, plates with a vibrator and stabiliser, a cyclic-spraying nozzle and a mud collector. The cells of the stabiliser are square, and the ratio of the stabiliser height hc to cell width bc is in the optimal range of values: hc/bc= 1.5…1.8, and the plates are perforated with a plate thickness ratio ht to the diameter of the holes do in the optimal range of values: ht/do= 0.5…1.5, or the plates are slotted with plate thickness ratio ht to the slot width bo in the optimal range of values: ht/ bo= 0.8…1.5. The housing height ratio H to the diameter D is in the optimal range of values: H/D =4.0…6.5, the housing diameter ratio D to liquid trap diameter D1 is in the optimal range of values: D/D1= 1.2…1.25, the ratio of the housing diameter D to the diameters of the inlet and outlet branches D2 is in the optimal range of values: D/D2= 2.0…2.5, the spray nozzle comprises a housing with a screw, coaxially disposed in the lower part of the housing and a choke with a cylindrical hole for fluid supply connected with a diffuser, axisymmetric to the housing and the choke, the screw is pressed-in into the housing with formation of the conical chamber located above the screw in line with the diffuser and connected with it in series. The screw is made solid, and the outer surface of the screw is two serially connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-threaded groove with a right or left thread and is located inside the housing, and the second surface is made smooth in the form of a rotational body axially symmetrically connected to a spray disk located perpendicular to the axis of the housing and protrudes beyond the end surface of the lower housing part. Both straight line and curved line of nth-order may be the line forming this surface, and the surface of the spraying disc protruding beyond the end surface of the lower part of the body is bent toward the lower part of the housing and has radial cuts on the peripheral part alternating with the continuous part of the surface of the spraying disc, and the spraying disc of the nozzle is shifted along the axis of the nozzle downwards from the smooth surface of the screw rotational body connected with the helical surface of the screw by a value h depending on viscosity of the sprayed liquid, and is connected with the screw by rod axisymmetric to the screw, characterized in that a diffuser enframing the spraying disc is connected to the end lower part of the nozzle housing. At the top of the diffuser, at least three ejection openings are provided.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation by increasing the liquid atomization level of nozzles.
