FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Acoustic system of airborne gas-dust removal includes a body horizontally arranged and having a cylindrical shape with a contact zone in the central part, to the left of which there are at least two nozzles of the irrigation device in series along the axis of the housing, and on the right side of the housing after the contact zone there is a drip trap with a drain in the lower part of the housing. For each injector, nozzles for compressed air and water connections are provided. Each of the nozzles comprises a housing with a screw coaxially located at the bottom of the housing and a fitting in the upper part of the housing with a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to the diffuser, an axisymmetric housing and a fitting. Screw is pressed into the body to make cylindrical chamber above said screw and aligned with the diffuser and communicated therewith. Screw is made solid and the outer surface of the screw is two serially connected surfaces, one of which is at least a single-threaded groove with a right or left thread and is located inside the body, and the second smooth surface represents a body of revolution axisymmetrically connected with spraying disc located perpendicular to casing axis to extend beyond casing bottom end. Both straight line and n-order curve may make a generating line of said surface. Surface of the spraying disc extending beyond the casing bottom end is made bent toward the lower part of the case and has radial cuts on the peripheral part alternating with the continuous part of the surface of the spraying disc. Coaxially and axially symmetrically to the body by means of a perforated washer to the inner surface of the socket with a cylindrical hole is fixed a tube for supplying air to the diffuser, at the end of which at least three throttling tubes are installed. Inside the nozzle housing there is an acoustic oscillation generator in the form of a sound generator formed by a Helmholtz resonator, which is made in the form of at least one spherical cavity located in the wall of the housing that is connected to a conical chamber through calibrated openings. Helmholtz resonator is designed to control the generated frequency of acoustic vibrations due to the number and diameter of the calibrated holes corresponding to a given frequency of acoustic vibrations.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
