FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gas-dust cleaning system of air emissions consists of a body, horizontally positioned and having a cylindrical form and a contact zone with a length of lcz in the central portion. To the left of it at least two pneumatic nozzles are installed sequentially along the axis of the body. A drop catcher is installed in the right portion of the body after the contact zone with the length of lcz and has a drain in the bottom portion of the body. Compressed air and water pipe branches are connected to each pneumatic nozzle and are provided with shutoff and regulating valves, which connect the pipe branches and collecting channels, respectively mounted in the pipelines supplying water and compressed air. Each collecting channel is equipped with a pressure gauge for water and compressed air pressure control. Each pneumatic nozzle has a hollow cylindrical body connected to an atomizer with throttle openings. The hollow body contains a cylindrical portion with an external thread for connecting to a nipple of a distribution pipe for supplying liquid and two hollow cylinder-conic belts, which are series-connected and in alignment with it. A nozzle is made in alignment with the body in its lower portion and is made in the form of a glass, in the bottom of which vertical and inclined throttle openings are made at an angle of 45° to the axis of the nozzle. And in the cylindrical body belt there is at least one row of radial holes, the axes of which lie in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the body. The number of holes in each row is at least three. The body and nozzle form several coaxial internal cylindrical chambers and a conical chamber, located between them. One of the cylindrical chambers serves to supply the atomized liquid, and the conical chamber and the cylindrical chamber are expansion chambers. An air and gas supply tube is coaxially attached to the nozzle in its central portion. A hollow disk with perforations, facing the outlet sections of the throttle openings of the nozzle, is fixed to one end of the tube in its lower part. The perforation in the hollow disk is made in the direction of the outlet sections of the throttle openings of the nozzle in the form of a screw groove formed by the Archimedes spiral located inside the hollow disk. A diffuser is fixed to the end part of the hollow cylinder-conic belt, axisymmetric to the air supply tube, to one end of which a hollow disk with perforation, in the form of a spiral groove formed by the Archimedes' spiral and facing the output sections of the throttle openings of the nozzle, is attached. A hollow conical fairing is attached to the solid part of the hollow disk. Its top lies in the plane of the diffuser forming outlet cavities made by the inner surface of the diffuser and the outer surface of the fairing.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation by increasing the liquid atomization level of nozzles.
