FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Acoustic nozzle comprises a housing with a central cylindrical axial chamber connected to a nut in which a fluid inlet is formed, and between the body and the nut is rigidly fixed T-shaped throttle washer, in the end cylindrical part of which at least three chokes are made, and in the rigidly connected to it axial cylindrical part there is an axial throttle opening with a perforated disk on its cut fixed to the axial cylindrical part of the T-shaped throttle washer, the hydraulic resistance of the throttling holes and the axial throttle opening is selected depending on the properties of the sprayed liquid and the desired degree of spraying, while the supply of the solution is carried out through the hole in the nut fixed in the upper part of the housing, the bottom of the housing with the central cylindrical axial chamber is closed by a perforated disk fixed to the end bottom surface of the housing, and in a cylindrical axial chamber, axially symmetric to it, there is a hollow conical swirler, whose conical shell is fixed between the perforated disk rigidly connected to the axial throttle opening of the T-shaped throttle washer, and a perforated disk fixed to the end bottom surface of the housing, while the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler is made through screw thread.
EFFECT: increased spray efficiency, simplified design.
