FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of a thermo-tile, in particular to a collapsible form with a cutting element allowing the molded product (thermo-tile) to be cut from a continuous tape disposed on the mold. Collapsible form comprises upper and lower shaping parts, which are adapted to be interconnected by means of locking elements. In this case, a cutting element is arranged on the upper shaping part, which is adapted to cut the upper edge of the article around the perimeter of the inner surface of the mold when applying a clamping force to it.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of the cutting of the product with the independence of the form feeding mechanisms in the cutting area.
