Active nuclear power plant with a liner embedded in the inner space in the nuclear reactor, characterized in that an insert is inserted into the nuclear reactor, which serves as a device for localizing the melt. There is a diametrical insert between the upper part of the nuclear reactor and the loading plate. At the bottom of the liner a heat-resistant plate is fixed. And also there is a contour of emergency cooling with the estimated additional devices of promotion and cooling of the coolant.
EFFECT: prolongation of the service life of the nuclear installation and prevention of the spread of emergency radioactive substances beyond the limits of nuclear weapons.
