FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: system of localisation and cooling of melt contains the guide plate in form of a funnel, installed under bottom of the reactor casing, cantilever girder installed under the guide plate such that the plate is supported by the cantilever girder, the melt trap installed under the cantilever girder and equipped by the cooled enclosure in form of multilayer vessel to protect the external heat-exchange wall against the dynamic, thermal and chemical actions. Wherein the multilayer vessel has metal external and internal walls, and filler between them, the filler is out of the material having low thermal conductivity in relation to the walls material. Wherein the filler thickness hfiller complies with the condition: 1.2hext<hfiller<2.4hext, where hext is thickness of vessel external wall.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat removal from the melt, and increased reliability of structure.
