FIELD: accelerating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for electron irradiation with protons, which is located inside accelerating chamber of synchrocyclotron, positioning unit with samples of electronics is placed inside accelerating chamber above median plane of accelerator at end of rod-probe, moving along radius. Separation of orbits and irradiation of samples along their entire frontal plane is performed by method of vertical casting of accelerated clot (bunch) of protons on irradiated sample by means of high-voltage two-electrode electrostatic deflector mounted also at end of rod-probe. In order to synchronize the moment of connection of the high-voltage pulse generator with radial-azimuthal position of the clot of accelerated protons, feedback of the generator to the focusing electrode and the dee is introduced.

EFFECT: improved parameters and quality of proton beam for radiation exposure of analyzed targets.
