FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, namely to autonomous uninhabited self-propelled underwater vehicles. The underwater glider-glider contains a hull, a buoyancy change system and horizontal rudders. The horizontal rudders are fixed to the hull at an angle to the main plane of the glider-glider, and the buoyancy change system is made in the form of a container located inside the hull in the upper or lower part of the hull, at the maximum possible distance from the center of the size of the underwater glider-glider and is equipped with a valve for inlet to the outboard water tank and a compressed air cylinder with fittings, is also equipped with an immersion depth sensor associated with a valve for seawater inlet and a compressed air cylinder. The volume of the buoyancy change tank is selected in such a way that in the filled state it provides negative buoyancy of the underwater glider-glider, and in the drained state - positive buoyancy of the underwater glider-glider. Horizontal rudders are selected with a symmetrical profile.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the underwater glider-glider and reducing its power consumption to increase its autonomy.
