FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, namely to autonomous uninhabited underwater self-propelled vehicles for the study of water areas. The gliding underwater vehicle for deep-sea diving contains a hull made in the form of an ellipsoid of rotation with the formation of a permeable part, it is equipped with a strong hull and a buoyancy control system located in it, consisting of hydraulic cylinders, controlled valves, springs, pistons with rods and hydraulic pumps of the working fluid. The buoyancy control system is divided into independently operating executive paths located symmetrically relatively to the vertical axis of the gliding underwater vehicle. The piston rods have a different length in the permeable part and, accordingly, a different volume for the displacement of the point of application of the resultant force of excessive buoyancy relatively to the vertical axis of the gliding underwater vehicle, with the possibility of rolling and, accordingly, maneuvering the gliding underwater vehicle in depth and course.
EFFECT: increased maneuverability characteristics of the gliding underwater vehicle are achieved when the depth and course are changed, as well as increased reliability and survivability.
