FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely a multi-stage battery, which includes electrode blocks formed by alternately stacking a plurality of positive electrode plates and a plurality of negative electrode plates with spacers disposed between the positive electrode plates and the negative electrode plates. Multi-stage battery comprises a first current receiving box, a second current receiving box and a third current receiving box, a first electrode unit and a second electrode assembly, said boxes having electrical conductivity and housing electrode assemblies. First current collector and the second collector box comprise a wall portion of the positive electrode, the second current collector and the third current receiving box comprise a second wall portion of the negative electrode, and by using this configuration, it becomes unnecessary to use the rod portion in the form of a rod passing through the electrode blocks as a current collector.
EFFECT: reduction in the resistance of the components, an increase in the cooling efficiency of the positive and negative electrode plates are the technical result of the invention.
