Technical result is achieved due to step-up circuits of the N-th level and a low-voltage hold circuit respectively connected to the point of the gate signal of the N-th level and a horizontal N-level scanning bus, wherein the N-level enhancement control circuitry and the N-level downgrade circuit are connected to the gate N-th level of the gate signal; raising schemes (N+1)-th level and low-voltage hold circuit, respectively connected to the gate signal (N+1)-th level point and the horizontal scanning bus (N+1)-th level; undervoltage hold circuit that holds the level of the voltage of the point of the gate signal of the N-th level and the horizontal scanning bus of the Nth level at a low level after charging the horizontal N-level scanning bus, and holds the voltage level of the gate signal (N+1)-th level and the horizontal scanning bus (N+1)-th level at a low level after charging the horizontal N-level scanning bus.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced energy consumption of liquid crystal display devices.
