SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of liquid crystal displays. Technical result is achieved due to the first voltage building-up circuit, which contains the first transistor, first transistor gate and source, electrically connected to receive the preceding gate excitation signal, the second voltage building-up circuit, which contains the second transistor, the second transistor gate, electrically connected to the first transistor drain, at that the second transistor source is connected with possibility of the first synchronization signal reception, and the second transistor drain is electrically connected to the gate excitation signal output terminal, the first capacitor electrically connected between the second transistor drain and gate, the first undervoltage circuit, which contains the third transistor, at that the third transistor source is electrically connected to the gate excitation signal output terminal, and the third transistor drain is electrically connected to the first voltage level.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the gate excitation circuit operation stability.
