Technical result is achieved due to the logical NAND operation circuit, which contains the first inverter and the second inverter that are applied to the low voltage maintenance circuit of the GOA circuit, the ninth transistor, the gate of which is electrically connected to the output of the first inverter, the drain is electrically connected to the constant high potential, and the source is electrically connected to the output of the logical operation circuit, the tenth transistor, the gate of which is electrically connected to the output of the second inverter, the drain is electrically connected to the constant high potential, and the source is electrically connected to the output of the logical operation circuit, the eleventh transistor, the gate of which is electrically connected to the first input of the logical operation circuit, and the drain is electrically connected to the output of the logical operation circuit, and the twelfth transistor, the gate of which is electrically connected to the second input of the logical operation circuit, the drain is electrically connected to the source of the eleventh transistor, and the source is electrically connected to the constant low potential.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the use of one type of thin-film transistor devices by means of using the scan exciting circuit for the oxide semiconductor thin-film transistor.
