Apparatus includes a receiver configured to receive information describing the data flow from the policy enforcement and charging function (PCEF), the description information of the data stream is obtained by PCEF in accordance with the data stream received from the UE; a processor configured to determine, in accordance with the information description of the data stream received by the receiver, the service identifier corresponding to the data stream; and a transmitter configured to send the service identifier specified by the processor to the PCEF, so PCEF charges the service fee according to the service ID.

EFFECT: technical result is to automate the charge management.
