FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cutting tool for processing fiber reinforced materials. Tool, in particular the end mill, contains a certain number of main and auxiliary chip flutes, which are arranged circumferentially beyond the corresponding main chip flutes and form a finishing blade cutting wedge with the finishing edge. Part of the rough tools is located with a turn to the right around the axis of the tool, and the other one – along the axis of the tool or with a smaller angle of rotation according to the absolute value in comparison with the immediately preceding rough blades, which are located with a turn to the right. Following the rough blades with a turn to the right, the finishing blades do not have a turn or have a smaller angle of rotation according to the absolute value as compared to the immediately preceding blades with a turn to the right and are located along the axis of the tool. Fitting finishing blades that follow the rough edges are located around the axis of the tool with a turn to the right.
EFFECT: improved quality of the treated surface.
