FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular, to a nucleic acid molecule encoding a first polypeptide, a second polypeptide, a mBIP signal sequence and either a coat protein or an adapter protein. Invention also relates to an expression vector comprising said nucleic acid molecule and a host cell for producing an antibody transformed by said expression vector. In addition, disclosed is a method of producing antibodies, including the cultivation of said host cell, where the antibody is expressed.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a highly efficient system for expression and secretion of a protein fused with Fab in a prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell.
