FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: expression vector is proposed containing expression cassettes located unidirectionally in the direction from the 5'- to the 3'-end of a sequence in the following order: an expression cassette of a heavy antibody chain, an expression cassette of a light antibody chain and an expression cassette of a selection marker. The expression cassette of the light antibody chain and the expression cassette of the heavy antibody chain contain a human CMV promoter, a poly(A)-signal sequence of bovine growth hormone and a terminator sequence of human gastrin. The expression cassette of the selection marker contains the human CMV promoter or a SV40 promoter and a poly(A)-signal sequence of SV40. Methods for obtaining antibody-producing cells and the use of these cells for recombinant antibody production are also disclosed.

EFFECT: invention provides for the production of a large number of highly productive clones for the production of recombinant antibodies.
