SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used to prevent and / or treat the appearance of the skin surface. To this end, by injection, a sterile composition comprising an effective amount of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is injected simultaneously to a patient in need of such injection; and an effective amount of mepivacaine hydrochloride. Method for treating structural defects as well as a contour of the gum and bone tissue, a sterile injectable composition and a method of preparing the sterile injectable composition are also provided.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved stability in the sterilization of said composition, which in turn ensures the preservation of the optimum rheological properties of hyaluronic acid, preventing a possible increase in pain sensation in the patient during the injection.
