Abstract RU 2790229 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for the production of a filler based on hyaluronic acid. This method includes a stage of hyaluronic acid crosslinking by mixing in a reactor for 10-40 min of following components: water, hyaluronic acid (hereinafter – HA), a solution of alkali metal hydroxide, a crosslinking agent selected from polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (PEG DE), polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether (PPG DE), and polytetramethylene glycol diglycidyl ether; and a neutralization stage, at which crosslinked HA gel obtained at the stage A) is brought into contact with a neutralizing solution including following components: 78-98 wt.% of water, 4-25 wt.% of hydrochloric acid HCl, 0.1-1.5 wt.% of a buffer, up to 1.5 wt.% of lidocaine or its derivatives as anesthetic, wherein the total amount of components is 100%. At the crosslinking stage A), the reaction mixture is subjected to ultrasound treatment for 5-15 min.

EFFECT: creation of a filler based on hyaluronic acid in the form of hydrogel with insignificant swelling.
