SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used to inject a working agent on a multi-layer deposit with one well. Method includes the downhole of a pipe string, the injection of a working agent, directing it through a regulating device, and a measuring transducer, obtaining information on the measurement from the measuring transducer and determining the technological parameters of the working agent for the formation, and if they differ from the design value, the cross-section of the regulating device is changed until the design value of the technological parameters for each of the layers is reached. Measuring transducer and the regulating device are connected to the depth control unit of the injection of the working agent (DU), which transmits the value of technological parameters to the control station located at the wellhead, where this information is fed to the control station controller (CSC) and the ground control unit, which receives and processes the information, then analyzes and generates a control signal for the regulating device and sends it to the DU via the communication channel, all information received and transmitted in real time is reflected on the CSC, and then stored on a memory device with the ability to view all the information received at any time, while the DU collects and processes information from the regulating device and the measuring transducer, analyzes the information received and in accordance with the program algorithm, if necessary, an urgent solution to the problem, generates a control signal for the regulating device, and sends the received information via the communication channel through the CSC to the ground control unit.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of controlling the process of pumping a working agent into a multi-layer well.
