FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of a component from a titanium alloy powder. Method comprises manufacturing a sintered preform having a density of 80–95 % of the theoretically maximum density, separation from the sintered preform of the part, having a volume greater than the volume of the part and a shape different from that of the part closely related to the predetermined shape, thermocycling of said part of the sintered preform during its superplastic deformation, ensuring the phase transformation of the alloy between two solid phases α and β to obtain a part having a shape close to the predetermined shape, and a density, which is 99–100 % of the theoretically maximum density, and machining the part to obtain the final shape of the part.
EFFECT: provides the production of a part of the powder of a titanium alloy.
