FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for conducting heat exchange processes between two media through a wall and can be used in the oil refining industry. This invention consists in that the plate heat exchanger for hydrogenation plants for secondary oil processing includes a vertical cylindrical steel body with inlet and outlet connections of processing components, plate pack installed in the body and containing a set of vertically mounted metal heat exchanger plates forming two counter-flow heat transfer loops, installed in the body of the supply unit for recyclable components and hoses connecting the hose fittings to the supply unit and with the heat exchange circuits, wherein the plate pack has external thermal insulation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the heat exchanger and reduced operating costs when using it.
