FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for conducting heat exchange processes between two media through a wall and can be used in the oil refining industry. In plate heat exchanger for hydrogenation plants of secondary oil processing, having vertical cylindrical steel housing, including cylindrical shell, upper and lower bottoms with unions for inlet and outlet of processing components, installed in housing package of plates, containing set of vertically installed metal heat exchange plates, forming two counterflow heat exchange circuits and hoses connecting housing unions with heat exchange circuits, package of plates and hoses have external thermal insulation, and cylindrical shell of housing, upper bottom and unions installed on it have internal thermal insulation.
EFFECT: reduction of heat losses, reduction of operating temperature of the housing.
