FIELD: nuclear physics and equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear power engineering. Method of processing bituminous-salt radioactive compounds, including its transfer in water-bituminous emulsion with the help of organic solvent from a number of saturated hydrocarbons, subsequent reforming of water-bituminous emulsion on the solid packing in fluidized layer in presence of oxidizer with the supply of superheated steam and addition of suspension of aluminosilicate mineral, decomposition of organic phase and removal of silica-alumina mineral saturated with radionuclides from the reformer, and subsequent curing of withdrawn phase.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce mass and volume of bituminous-salt radioactive compounds for its further disposal.
