NOZZLE WITH SPRAYING DISC Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B05B1/26

Abstract RU 2671313 C1

FIELD: devices for liquid spattering or spraying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for spraying liquids and solutions. Nozzle with a spray disc contains a cylindrical body with a fitting that has a cylindrical opening for the supply of fluid connected to the diffuser. Hollow conical swirler is fixed in the lower part of the hole, which is fixed by means of at least three spokes. On the surface of the hollow cone swirler a screw thread is made. Perpendicular to its axis perpendicular to its axis a spray gun is connected by means of at least three spokes in the form of a continuous disk formed by two congruent and equidistant surfaces of the nth order. Spokes for attaching the disk to the body are made straight or curved. Diffuser with a cylindrical sprayer is attached to the lower part of the housing axisymmetrically.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of spraying, simplified design and reduced material consumption.
