FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a process for the preparation of 4-substituted 3-aminofurazans. Method for the preparation of 4-substituted 3-aminofurazans of the general formula
in which R is lower alkyl or alkyl, alkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethyl substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, which consists in the fact that the corresponding 3-nitrofuroxans are reacted with tin dichloride in the presence of hydrochloric acid at a molar ratio of 3-nitrofuroxans : tin dichloride 1 : 8–13. 4-substituted 3-aminofurazans are precursors of a number of valuable biologically active substances and, in particular, serve as the necessary starting compounds in the synthesis of antibacterial drugs and cytotoxic agents.
EFFECT: new method for the preparation of 4-substituted 3-aminofurazans is developed, which makes it possible to increase the yield of the desired product, and to simplify the process by conducting it at room temperature in a single step.
