SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing sulphanyl derivatives of 2-amino-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile(xylate)s by the general formula (1)

EFFECT: new method for producing sulphanyl derivatives of 2-amino-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile(xylate)s by the general formula (1) is developed, consisting in interacting salicylic aldehyde with nitriles and 2-mercaptoethanol in the presence of a 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) catalyst at the molar ratio of salicylic aldehyde:nitrile:2-mercaptoethanol:DBU = 1:1:1:(0.03 to 0.07) in ethanol at a temperature of 70°C for 2 h, or salicylic aldehyde with nitriles and 1,2-ethanediol in the presence of a DBU catalyst at a molar ratio of salicylic aldehyde:nitrile:1,2-ethandithiol:DBU = 2:2:1:(0.03 to 0.07) in ethanol at a temperature of 70°C for 2 h.
